Just steps from the embossed grand piano and warm leather couches which serve as the axis of our library, you find our spacious Conference Center. Cherry hardwood floors and wainscoting, warm lighting and inviting wall coverings create a tranquil environment for both business and social gatherings. The main Conference room can be configured to accommodate groups from 6 to 60 or more, affording a comfortable atmosphere for small to large business retreats, workshops, reunions, weddings and receptions, and other social affairs. For our business and social meeting clientele, the Center is equipped with a surround sound state-of-the-art projection system; electronic whiteboard, podium and comfortable arm padded swivel chairs that allow for a relaxing and attentive experience. Social gatherings and dinner and dance parties may be arranged and catered from casual dining to white tablecloth fine-china perfection.

Above the Retreat and Conference Center, the numerous large windows in the Community Room provide a perfect view of pasturing horses and llamas while creating an ideal venue for private parties and social affairs. The hardwood bar, pool table, 60 inch large screen television, nostalgic popcorn machine, video games, old time CD jukebox and a cozy gas-log fireplace, combine to provide the perfect ambience for your next get-together.

When not reserved for private parties, Inn guests may use this facility at their leisure along with the adjacent Business Center which provides high speed Internet connection via satellite, copy machine, scanner, color printer and FAX.
