Comming October 22-25, 2010
The "Catch Your Dream: And Live It!" program features guided methods designed for people who are ready to pursue new ventures or direction, like writing a book, starting a business, changing career paths or launching a project.
You will be introduced to a variety of tools and techniques to help you move forward with future plans. You’ll also be provided practical and easy-to-follow steps that you can use at home. Participants will leave the workshop with an action plan, a support team in place and a system that works.
The workshop will be held at The Inn at Mountain Quest located in picturesque Frost, West Virginia, during the most beautiful time of year to view the brilliant colors of the changing Fall foliage. You will de-stress and relax in the fresh, crisp mountain air, while the sounds of nature will enhance clarity and focus to help propel you forward in realizing your personal vision and harnessing your dreams.

Please keep informed as we will continually be adding new events throughout the season. Just to give you a hint of what we are brewing up... We are planning a possible fly fishing weekend as well as lesson on how to make your own tackle. Learn a trade through one of our crafting workshops or enjoy a tasteful Art display by local craftsmen. Wellness weekends provide time to get in touch with yourself and promote your well being through seminars and massages. Explore the deep dark unknowns and take caving to a new level in some of the local caves and caverns. You and your children can enjoy watching a live butterfly release that will be a vital learning experience for everyone. Keep us in mind while planning family reunions, class reunions, weddings and business retreats!

When not engaged for events, the Inn is open to the general public (with breakfast provided).
Come to Mountain Quest Inn first. Every room is an adventure into a new place or time. We have miles of trails up and down a mountain, meandering streams, horses & llamas to look at and pet.
