About the Role
Evening Shift Responsibilities 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM) - Friday through Sunday, week day coverage as needed
Guest Services
~Greet arriving guests and complete guest check-ins
~Provide information about the Inn, property amenities, and local attractions
~Answer phones and respond to guest needs or concerns during the evening hours
~Ensure guests feel welcomed, safe, and supported throughout their stay
Laundry & Room Support
~Process laundry (washing, drying, folding linens and towels)
~Restock clean linens and supplies for upcoming stays
~Assist with light room preparation as needed
Cleaning & Organization
~Dust common areas and surfaces
~Empty garbage cans and remove trash to designated areas
~Maintain tidy and presentable common spaces throughout the evening
Requirements
Prior hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting linens, and performing light physical tasks
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Ability to work holidays and cover down on other shifts, as needed.
