About the Role
Day Shift Responsibilities (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM) - Friday through Sunday, week day and holiday coverage as needed
Guest Services
~Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, professional presence
~Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations as needed
~Proactively call upcoming guest reservations to confirm details and answer questions
Breakfast Service
~Prepare, set up, serve, and break down breakfast service between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
~Ensure breakfast area is clean, organized, and properly stocked
~Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Housekeeping & Room Turnover
~Remove used linens from guest rooms that have checked out
~Clean and reset guest rooms following checkout (beds, bathrooms, surfaces, floors)
~Restock guest rooms with linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities
~Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, or missing items
Common Areas & General Upkeep
~Sweep and mop common areas
~Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, hallways, and shared spaces
~Report maintenance or supply needs to management
Requirements
Prior hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting linens, and performing light physical tasks
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Ability to work holidays and cover down on other shifts, as needed.
